Please note the following recommendations:

By following a few simple tips on care and safeguarding your Styljoux pen, you can make a substantial contribution to increasing its serviceable life.

Always rinse your pen under running lukewarm if dropped in sea water (saltwater).

Some Styljoux pens come with leather pouches. Leather is a natural, porous material. You should therefore avoid allowing a top-quality leather to come into contact with oils, solvents and cleaning products or cosmetics. By doing so, you can prevent discolorations or premature ageing of the material.

If you own several pens, always keep them well apart to prevent them from scratching each other.

Avoid strong impacts (e.g. dropping your pen on a hard floor, when playing golf or tennis, mountain biking, etc.) as well as extremes of temperature (over 60°C/ 140 °F and below -25 °C/ -13 °F).

If you have a mechanical pen that you are not using, be sure to operate it at least once every 6 months. This slows down the ageing process of the oils and lubrication.

Only ever permit an authorized service centre to dismantle your pen.
